Laguna Dream

Summer vacay ended with a bang this year as C and I ventured off to discover the beauty of the East Coast. Our decision to spend a few weeks in California stemmed from a series of different events, which ultimately ended in a fabulous little break from reality. It was truly a magical place to visit. I'm so excited and happy to be able to share our experiences via allthingskma.com with my amazing readers. My next series of posts will be dedicated to our trip across the Golden State.

The photos in this post were all taken at Laguna Beach, which is located in the Orange County. This was probably one of my favourite days of the entire trip because so many interesting things happened. From starting our day at a bank to getting some documents notarized at a complete strangers apartment in LA, and finally ending it at this magnificent beach; we certainly made some memories that will stay with us a lifetime. The strangest things happen in LA...

Laguna beach was beautiful because it was both picturesque and un-crouded, which are two things that are really important to me. The weather was perfect sitting at just above 30 degrees, and the cool pacific water was just what we needed to cool off in between tanning sessions.

My beachwear typically consisted of simple cover-up dresses. This coral one comes from American Eagle. I actually got it on sale for less than 10$ a few weeks ago in Montreal! The simplicity of a dress is really what I reach for when planning a day at the beach, mostly because it makes it easy to change in and out of a bikini in the car. A girls' gotta be practical!

Stay tuned for more on our Californian adventure!

  2. You are right California was truly a magical place to visit. I realized it during my new york east coast tour when I got a chance to visit the attractive sites of this region. I visited there different kinds of attractions of this state such as Golden Gate Bridge, Yosemite National Park , Laguna Beach and Chinatown.
