During our weekend away, my brother, E, and I also spent a couple of half days in Tremblant Village. On Sunday afternoon, after the cousins packed up and left, we decided to head out and enjoy the village by taking gondola rides up and down the mountain and indulging in a bit of (overpriced) shopping. It was truly spectacular to be able to see the little city from above. I love the vibrantly coloured condos so much... they reminded me a bit of Cinque Terre. The Roots store in the village is probably the best I've seen as of yet! They had so many cool things. I just couldn't help myself! E and I got sweaters, pink ski socks and lavender candles!
Take a look at the view!
We also went to the Cabane à Sucre where we enjoyed some tire d'érable sur neige (maple taffy on snow). The Cabane à Sucre has always been my favourite March activity, so I was really excited when we saw the little sugar shack in the village! The sticky tire was delicious... even if I did get it stuck in my hair! Note to self: Always tie up hair when eating tire!

I only brought one pair of boots with me for this trip which were my Adirondack Uggs. They were really great because they kept my feet warm and dry for everything from sledding to puddle hopping. My brother also only brought his Uggs and he had no complaints either. Of all the Uggs I've ever owned, these definitely take the cake for best winter boots. So glad I got them!
All in all, we had a pretty fun weekend. I was really happy to be able to spend time with some of my cousins. A huge shout out goes to my sweet Fleur who was absolutely awesome! I always love it when she and her girls are around! My brother, E, and I had a really nice afternoon in Tremblant village on Sunday. Next time, we'll most likely stay there; there are so many fun things to do!
