Since one of my favourite things to do in Montreal is to discover new coffee shops and restaurants, I'm thinking that this blog should have a segment called "Hangout of the Week"!
Today I had the good fortune of stumbling upon Nespresso, which is definitely one of the better shops I've been to! Some wouldn't even call this place a coffee shop because it's actually a store where you can purchase Nespresso machines! In my books though, it's a good ol' fashioned coffee stop.
Eli and I took a sweet little break this afternoon to visit this trendy spot. While sipping our cappuccino's, we established that Nespresso would be our Monday meeting point! They have a fabulous menu which includes one of my favourite deserts; macarons!
Nespresso is located at 2121 Crescent Street, which is ideal because it's literally a skip and a hop away from Holts, Ogilvys, and basically all of the other major MTL shopping destinations. In my head, there's nothing better than sitting down for an hour and unwinding (with good company, of course!) after a long day of shopping or school.
Although my day was unfortunately not spent shopping (school called), I did have the chance to meet up with my brother's girlfriend to grab a quick coffee. For school, I like to keep it casual and comfortable, so today I wore my favourite cashmere sweater, my comfiest jeans, and a fluffy knit scarf.
Stay tuned for more Montreal hangouts!
